Millennium – A symbol of new beginnings, futuristic visions, premonitions of doom, and parties bathed in the glaring gold of a dying era.

Champagne hung in the air like an invisible mist. Women glided through the room like living masks, their faces flawless, their gazes inscrutable. Their bodies only loosely covered, like sculptures slowly dissolving in the heat. Distinguished behavior, heat, intoxication, decay, and melancholy carried like a secret ritual of the elite. Every moment stretched into the eternity of a dissolving era.

There was something disturbing about the night – like a dream that refuses to fade away. There was something strange and irresistible about it, and it exposed not only the hidden desires of others, but also one’s own fears. It was as fragile as a thought just before awakening – a labyrinth of light and shadow, created to make us lose ourselves in the darkness.

We live in this new millennium, in this moment of madness, where somewhere in between, in the flickering of the years, the light is lost in the dust.
