Wrapped Trees – Ende November 1998 verhüllten Christo und Jeanne-Claude im Berower Park der Fondation Beyeler in Riehen bei Basel 178 Bäume.

 

Die der Vergänglichkeit unterworfenen verhüllten Bäume wirkten wie Architektur – sie wurden zur Plastik – verhüllte Baummonumente.
